THE BAN IS STILL IN C.M.F
In spite of the postponement; the decree was being applied in CMF . So protest continued with the demonstration of the real life in CMF.

STRUGGLE IS GOING ON DIFFERENT PLATFORMS
The protests were ended with the declaration of the demand of reconciliation. "WE WANT OUR EDUCATION RIGHTS IN FREE UNIVERSITIES as in all over the world."

11 MARCH 1998
THE DECREE IS BEING EXECUTED IN ALL UNIVERSITIES!
The inquiries of medical students continued today. The student with head-dress in the fourth class in CMF, Nilüfer Pehlivan, was given a penalty of removal from the faculty for six months. The chief of the Institution of Higher Education, Kemal Gürüz, underlined that the ban would be applied in all universities in Turkey.

THE DEMAND of DELAY in SCIENTIFIC RESEARCHES in order to PRACTICE THE BAN. In the meeting of Medicine , the rector Kemal Alemdaroglu told all teaching staff that they should delay the scientific researches to apply the ban.

ALTERNATIVE MEDICINE FESTIVAL
That is a medicine festival. In this festival CMF students had worry in their hearts instead of happiness. They were hurt because of being taken away from their own faculty and they all cried out: "WE CONGRATULATE YOU FOR THE BAN"

THE NUMBER of INQUIRIES IS INCREASING!…
In CMF, The number of students which conducted with inquiries increased to 143.

31 MARCH 1998
Prof. Dr. Hayrettin Cebeci, working in the Department of Surgery of CMF, had the first trial for his insult to the fourth class student, Nilüfer Pehlivan during her Surgery training. The ban was also applied in Istanbul Medical Faculty. First inquiries in this faculty were conducted to 25 students wearing head-scarves.
