BAN IS BEING SPREAD TO ALL THE UNIVERSITY !
With the second decree, students having beard and students wearing head-scarves were hindered to enter all the faculty campuses. After this decree, all the students denounced this decision as well as the rector Alemdaroglu.

FIRST INQUIRIES IN THEIR UNIVERSITY LIVES.
First inquiries were conducted to 83 medical students in CMF in connection with head-dress. The reason was "to disturb the order of lessons, to cause the annulment of the lessons".

PROTEST CONTINUES WITH THE UNION of THOUSANDS of STUDENTS
Today this flood of students run to Cerrahpasa Medical Faculty.

27 FEBRUARY 1998
THE DECREE IS POSTPONED (!)
Mr. Alemdaroglu decided to postpone the ban on head scarves untill the second order because of this unexpected uprising against the decree. But thousands of students not being satisfied with this postponement ran to Capa Medical Faculty.
